The service was absolutely incredible! I called at around 1pm and we had a new aerial by 4.30 pm on the same day! We had a lovely engineer called Peter who was extremely considerate. I would highly recommend.
The engineer arrived on time and quickly diagnosed the problem. Also fixed cable to wall where it had become loose. Excellent attitude. Would recommend.
I was very pleased with the service I received , I did not feel under pressure. The man who I think was Darren (sorry if this is the wrong name) who I spoke to on my drive was very pleasant. Not keen on the automated service, would much rather a human being to speak to but thats the way things are going unfortunately
Arrived on time and was extremely pleasant and knowledgeable. Whole job was completed quickly and efficiently.
The engineer fixed the problem uickly. However twice there were automated messages postponing the appointment.
Really efficient service. I contacted on telephone and engineer was booked for next day, calling with an hours notice. At 10.00am got the call and engineer arrived in the hour. He was really pleasant and efficiently worked out what the problem was with a signal not going through a Sky box/distributor. The office then called to confirm price, work was done on the spot - and checked all working on the TV - with a new distributor and then payment made to engineer. Could not recommend more highly
